What happened to the Joomla powered site?

After half a year of running the site using the Joomla CMS, I've come to the conclusion that the extra effort was just not worth it. Sure, it looked prettier and had more bells and whistles than just the plain text site I originally started with. But my attempt at adding new features was a fool's errand. I've come to find that very few people wanted anything more than a site to check whether or not a score was available in some form.

The radio show idea was an utter failure. Of the 176 people who registered in those six months, no more than ten people downloaded any of the four shows that were made. I only wish I could give back the time that the show makers spent on them.

The members-only forum was also incredibly under-utilized. In fact, many people never even knew it existed. There may have been a core of a dozen (and I'm being generous) people who posted anything at all, and there was never any consistent activity to warrant the time it took to maintain it.

The artwork section was a bit more successful, but again, only a few people ever utilized it and only two people ever contributed to it. The time I spent on this was certainly not worth the use it saw. However, I have added a new artwork section which will hopefully be updated on a more regular basis and host a lot more scans.

I've kept the Unofficial Score Database. Based on the number of hits it has gotten and the fact that people are still contributing to it now and then, I think it's worth keeping.

So thanks to the lack of interest in value-added features, not to mention a lot of flakes, fakes, time-wasters, and just all around annoyances, I've decided to get back to basics...WWWAAAYYY back. Simple text links to what people want and no more wasted time on things very few people appreciated.
